- Applications
- Western Blot (Cell lysate)
- Western blot was performed using ASH2L polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB14106) at dilution 1 : 1,000 in TBS-Tween + 5% skimmed milk.
The antibody recognizes ectopically expressed FLAG-tagged ASH2L (ASH2L-F) in extracts (Lane 2) and a protein of correct size in nuclear extracts from HeLa cells (Lane 1).
On the left side, a molecular weight marker is shown.
The panel A shows immunostaining using ASH2L polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB14106), the panel B is the immunostaining of the same western blot with anti-FLAG antibodies.
- Western Blot (Cell lysate)
- Western blot was performed on HeLa nuclear extract (HeLa NE, 20 ug) using ASH2L polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB14106) at dilution 1 : 1,000 in TBS-Tween + 5% skimmed milk.
The antibody recognizes endogenous human ASH2 in HeLa nuclear extract.
On the left side, a molecular weight marker is shown.
The arrow indicates the location of the protein of interest.
